Meet the Staff DebbieOffice Manager Debbie is our office manager and the glue that keeps the team together. She is a registered nurse and a bundle of energy and creativity. As the wife and office manager of Dr. Perry Ekstrand who started this office 10 years ago and worked in Ocala for years before, she brings a unique loving touch to Smiles. She is the patient advocate in our office, working constantly to make sure you receive the best care possible in a timely and affordable manner.  AmyFront Office Amy Has been with Smiles since we opened for business 10 years ago. She is an Ohio native who has lived in the beautiful city of Crystal River for over 20 years. With her sunny attitude and beautiful smile, she will be the one welcoming you to the office, answering your phone calls and helping you with appointment scheduling and insurance. Having worked as a dental assistant before, you may even see her taking your x-rays and helping the doctor with your treatment.  LindaDental Hygienist Linda is a true Florida native, a former dental assistant, and one of the most skilled hygienist you will ever find. Thorough and comfortable cleanings is what you would expect from her expert touch. She has worked for Smiles since day 1. Her genuine care for her patients well being and impeccable work ethic are her greatest assets and it shows! |
 SharonDental Assistant Sharon has been with us for the last 4 years, and it has been a pleasure having her as one of the Smiles team. She is multi-talented and brings with her over 15 years of experience as a dental assistant and a dental office manager. She works directly with the doctor in providing you the most gentle dental care you will experience. She will hold your hand from the time you walk in till you leave the office, take your x-rays, explain your treatment, and put you at ease with her sincere and soft demeanor.  StacyDental Assistant Stacy is the newest addition to our team, and everyone loved her from her first day. When you see her at work, you would think she has worked with us all her life. She joined us with 14 years of experience as the lead dental assistant in her former office. With a smile always on her face, a can-do attitude, the highest level of professionalism, and an un-paralleled set of skills, you can be sure you are in good hands! |
